There were 111 sales in Vaughan this January, a decline of 24 % over the first month of January 2007. The average price came in at $469,308, a 13 % increase over the same time-frame last year. The average number of days on market for the sales was 30 days and they were able to get a selling price of 97 % of asking price.
Of the 111 sales, 61 were detached which averaged $576,230.
